CHROMERCISE

Google announced that their Chrome browser had gotten so fast, humans could no longer keep up. However, they had a solution: "Chromercise," their new, bleeding-edge technology to improve finger dexterity so people can reach their full potential to surf the web faster than ever.

Did we mention they made this announcement on April 1st?

Yes, this elaborate rouse to get your fingers to break a Richard Simmon’s-style sweat was just the set up for Google Chrome’s April Fools Day prank. The difference between this year’s gag and those in the past is that this one will live on well past April 1st. To promote Google Chrome’s lightning fast speeds, they gave away 25,000 sets of finger sweatbands, because keeping up with Chrome can be quite a workout.
